Consultation and VISION

Initially, we will sit down for a friendly session with the design consultant. We help gather ideas and
your custom wants and needs in the home. Asking questions on items like, approximate sizes, how
many bedrooms and bathrooms, style of home you envisage; contemporary / modern or a more
traditional look and feel.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

You’ll work with our experienced design professionals to create architectural drawings for your custom home design. 

They will help turning the wish list into the approved drawings we use to build.

3D Rendering that brings your visualisation ideas closer to life through the use of rendering and virtual reality technologies. From drawings, digital drafts and pencil sketches, we are able to create a complete realistic architectural visualisation including all levels of details, almost crossing the line between fiction and reality.

Council approval and documentation

Once you are happy with the custom home design, its now time for us to finalise the drawings ready for submission. 

Don’t worry, we will also look after all the other, sometimes tedious, required
documentation for council. We will also lodge this for approval.
